What we are looking for…

Description of the job

Your job will be to be a sports instructor (one of the 4 kinds).

Your extra job is to prepare and lead the afternoon/night activities. It can be preparing the game night, set up the karaoke, organize the happy hour,… The other main responsibility is to go out with the participants at night and make sure that everyone has fun and gets home safely. It can also to take picture / videos for the social media content.

GENERAL PROFILE FOR THE POSITION

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• young, motivated male or female sports instructors and camp leaders
• ⁠you are between 19yo and 25yo
• ⁠surfer/surf vibes (skateboard or snowboard) or/and loves the beach and got some good vibes
• ⁠speak English fluently, comfortable to talk in front of a crowd and to lead a group (other languages are a plus but not needed)
• be proactive, be positive and a social person
• available from 24th of July to 2nd of August 2026

EXTRA REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for young people that wants to mainly be a specific sports instructor but can also be all-arounders when needed. You don’t need to fulfill all these extra requirements, but at least one or two would be nice.

• have some knowledge / like to take pictures or videos, content for social media
• be able to lead a big group of people to do all sorts of activities (games, dances, presentations,…)
• like going out at night but still be a responsible person
• having DJ skills (if you have your own gear even better)
• plays the guitar or the ukulele
• having nurse skills, or studying to become a nurse

BONUS POINTS

have your driver license and be able/allowed to drive a car in Portugal

*We will give priority to Portuguese people that are applying for the positions.
