What we are looking for…
GENERAL PROFILE FOR ANY POSITION
- male for media and animation team / male or female for sports instructors
- you are between 19yo and 25yo
- surfer/ surf vibes (skateboard or snowboard) or/and loves the beach and got some good vibes
- speak fluently English, comfortable to talk in front of a crowd and to lead a group (other languages are a plus but not needed)
- available from 5th of July to 24th of July 2025
BONUS POINTS
have your driver license and be able/allowed to drive a car in Portugal
*We will give priority to Portuguese people that are applying for the positions.

Looking for 1 male photographer
- skills in photography
- skills in photo editing (at least the basic)
VIDEO MAKER
Looking for 1 male video maker
- skills in video making
- Know how to use a drone
- Have knowledge in video editing
Description of the job
Your job is to make pictures and videos of the participants in every activity during the camps. It will also be about to upload all the pictures and videos to lightroom and edit them. Making reels and content for social media could also part of your job.
ANIMATION TEAM
CAMP LEADERS
Looking for 3 male staffs
- be able to lead a big group of people to do all sorts of activities (games, dances, presentations,…)
- be proactive, be positive and a social person
- like going out at night but still be a responsible person
BONUS POINTS
- having DJ skills (if you have your own gear even better)
- plays the guitar or the ukulele
- having nurse skills, being studying to become a nurse
Description of the job
Your main job is to prepare and lead the afternoon/night activities. It can be preparing the game night, set up the karaoke, organize the happy hour,… The other main responsibility is to go out with the participants at night and make sure that everyone has fun and gets home safely.
